Frequently asked questions
Everything about paying, buying, offers, auctions, selling and escrow on rebitx.
Getting started
What is rebitx?
A marketplace for digital and physical goods paid with crypto. Every order is protected by escrow: the seller is paid only after you confirm the item is right, or after the protection period ends without a dispute.
Do I need separate accounts to buy and sell?
No. One account does both. To sell, turn on 2-step verification and add a payout address — it takes a couple of minutes.
Start selling →Is it free to use?
Buying, making offers and bidding are free. Sellers pay 5% of the item price when it sells (some categories have their own rate), and withdrawals cost 4.5%.
Wallet & payments
How do I pay?
You pay from your rebitx balance in USDT. Top it up with Binance Pay (scan the QR code or open the Binance app), or from any crypto wallet — USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB or LTC — using a one-time address. Deposits start at 10 USDT and appear as soon as Binance confirms. Once your balance covers the price, checkout is one click.
Open your wallet →How long does a deposit take?
Your balance is credited as soon as the network confirms the payment — usually minutes, depending on the coin. If a deposit request isn’t paid in time it expires; just create a new one.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdraw your available balance to your Binance account (Binance ID or email — instant, no network fee) or to a USDT wallet on TRC-20 or BEP-20. Withdrawals start at 10 USDT, carry a 4.5% fee and need 2-step verification. Smaller withdrawals to a destination you’ve used before are sent automatically within minutes; the first one to a new destination and larger amounts are checked by our team first.
What do Available, Reserved, In escrow and On hold mean?
Available: spend or withdraw now. Reserved: held for your open offers or auctions you’re leading — returned if they don’t win. In escrow: money in orders that aren’t finished yet. On hold: completed sales, released to Available after 3 days.
Buying
Is there a shopping cart?
No — each order is one item from one seller, with its own escrow. That keeps delivery, refunds and disputes simple.
When do I get a digital item?
Codes and keys appear on the order page the moment you pay. Files and services are delivered by the seller, who marks the order as delivered.
What does “region-locked” mean?
Some keys and gift cards only work in certain countries. We check the country you choose at checkout and block purchases that wouldn’t work for you.
How do I confirm I received the item?
Open the order and press “Confirm received” once everything works. If you don’t, the order completes automatically 3 days after a digital delivery (14 days after a physical item ships) unless you open a dispute.
Offers & auctions
How does Make Offer work?
On items that accept offers, propose your price (at least 50% of the Buy It Now price). The amount is reserved from your balance. The seller can accept, decline or counter within 48 hours; if accepted, the order is paid automatically.
See your offers →How many offers can I make?
Up to 3 per item, including counteroffers, and one waiting for a reply at a time. Some sellers set an auto-accept price (instant sale) or a minimum (lower offers are declined automatically).
Can I cancel an offer?
You can withdraw an offer while it’s still waiting for the seller — your reserved money comes back immediately. Once accepted, it’s a purchase.
How does bidding work?
Enter the most you’re willing to pay. We bid for you in small steps, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, so you often pay less than your maximum.
Auctions ending soon →Is my money locked while I bid?
Only while you’re the highest bidder: your maximum (plus shipping) is reserved. If someone outbids you, it’s returned right away. If you win, you pay the final price and the rest is returned.
Why did the auction get extended?
A bid in the last 2 minutes adds 2 more minutes, so everyone gets a fair chance to respond.
What is a reserve price?
A hidden minimum set by the seller. If bidding doesn’t reach it, the auction ends without a sale and the leading bidder’s money is returned.
Selling
Why isn’t my listing live yet?
Every new listing is checked by our team before it appears — usually within a few hours. You’ll get a notification when it’s approved. Editing the title, description, photos or details of a live listing sends it back for review; price and stock changes don’t.
What can’t I sell?
Compromised or shared accounts, card data, stolen or fraudulently obtained keys and gift cards, counterfeits and pirated content, among others.
Prohibited items →When do I get paid?
When the order completes (the buyer confirms, or the protection period ends without a dispute), your amount minus the seller fee is on hold for 3 days, then becomes available to withdraw.
How many items can I list?
New sellers can have 10 live listings; the limit rises to 50 and then 500 as you complete orders with good ratings.
Can I end an auction early?
Only before anyone bids. Once there are bids, the auction runs until the end.
Escrow & disputes
How does escrow protect me?
Your payment sits with rebitx, not the seller, until you confirm the item is right or the protection period ends. If there’s a problem, open a dispute before the order completes and the money stays frozen.
How do I open a dispute?
Open the order and choose “Open a dispute”. Explain the problem and add screenshots or photos. The seller can reply, refund you, or you can ask rebitx to step in — unresolved disputes are escalated automatically after 3 days.
How are disputes decided?
Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and decides: a full refund, payment to the seller, or a partial refund. Refunds go back to your balance.

Account & security
Why do I need 2-step verification?
It protects your balance even if your password leaks. It’s required to sell and to withdraw. Use any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…).
Security settings →How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Account → Profile and press Upload photo. We crop it to a square for you.
Profile settings →Someone asked me to pay outside rebitx. What should I do?
Don’t. Payments outside the platform have no escrow protection and break our rules. Report the listing or the user so we can act.
How do I contact support?
For an order, open a dispute from the order page so everything stays in one place. For anything else, email [email protected].
