Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
1.About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rebitx — the website, apps and services that let people buy and sell digital and physical goods using a crypto balance, with every order protected by escrow. By creating an account or using rebitx, you agree to these Terms, our Prohibited items policy and any rules shown where you use a feature.
rebitx is a marketplace. Sellers — not rebitx — sell the items listed, and the contract for each sale is between the buyer and the seller. We run the platform, hold payments in escrow and help settle disputes.
2.Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract where you live.
- One person, one account. Keep your password and 2-step verification codes private — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity, especially to sell in reviewed categories or to withdraw larger amounts.
- Sellers must keep 2-step verification turned on and add at least one payout address.
- You may not use rebitx if you’re subject to sanctions, or to launder money, evade taxes or move proceeds of crime.
3.Your balance, deposits and withdrawals
Prices are listed in USDT. You pay from a single USDT balance that you top up with Binance Pay or from a crypto wallet. Payments in another coin are converted to USDT at the rate shown when you create the deposit; if a different amount arrives, we credit the USDT value of what actually arrived.
- Deposits start at 10 USDT and are capped at 10000 USDT each. A deposit is credited once the network confirms it; unpaid deposit requests expire.
- Withdrawals start at 10 USDT, carry a 4.5% fee and are sent to your Binance account or a USDT wallet (TRC-20 / BEP-20). Eligible withdrawals are sent automatically; others are reviewed by our team first. Double-check the Binance ID, email or address — crypto sent to the wrong place can’t be recovered.
- Your balance isn’t a bank account or an investment: it earns no interest and isn’t covered by deposit insurance.
- Money can be in different states: Available (spend or withdraw), Reserved (held for an open offer or a leading bid), In escrow (an order in progress) and On hold (a completed sale waiting 3 days).
4.Buying
There’s no cart: each order is for one item from one seller and has its own escrow.
- Buy It Now. When you pay, the total (item plus any shipping) moves from your balance into escrow. Digital codes are revealed on the order page right away; other items are delivered or shipped by the seller.
- Offers. Making an offer is a commitment to buy at that price. The amount is reserved from your balance and returned if the seller declines, if nobody replies within 48 hours, or if you withdraw it before a reply. If the seller (or the seller’s auto-accept price) accepts, the order is created and paid automatically. You can make up to 3 offers per item.
- Auctions. A bid is a commitment to buy. You enter your maximum; we bid on your behalf only as much as needed to keep you in the lead. While you lead, your maximum (plus shipping) is reserved; if you’re outbid it’s returned immediately. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes. If the auction ends with you in the lead and any reserve price met, you pay the winning price from the reserved funds and the difference is returned.
- Bids and accepted offers can’t be cancelled. If something goes wrong with the item, use the dispute process below.
5.Selling
- Review. Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Changing the title, description, photos or item details of a live listing sends it back for review. Auctions start their clock when they’re approved.
- Describe items honestly and completely, own what you sell and have the right to sell it, and only list items that you can deliver.
- Deliver on time: digital codes are delivered automatically; files and services must be delivered promptly and marked as delivered; physical items must be shipped with tracking.
- Honour accepted offers and winning bids. You can’t end an auction early once it has bids.
- You pay a seller fee of 5% of the item price (some categories have their own rate, shown when you list). There’s no fee to list, and shipping you charge is paid to you in full.
- The number of live listings depends on your seller level (10 for new sellers, 50 standard, 500 top rated) and grows as you complete orders.
6.Escrow, completion and seller payouts
- The buyer’s payment stays in escrow until the order completes — the seller can’t use it before then.
- An order completes when the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 3 days after a digital item is delivered (14 days after a physical item ships) if the buyer hasn’t opened a dispute.
- When an order completes, the seller’s amount (price plus shipping, minus the seller fee) stays on hold for 3 days, then becomes available to spend or withdraw.
7.Disputes and refunds
If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn’t work or isn’t as described, open a dispute from the order page before the order completes. Escrow is frozen while the dispute is open.
- Buyer and seller first try to settle it in the dispute thread; the seller can refund at any time.
- If you can’t agree, either side can ask rebitx to step in — disputes without agreement are escalated automatically after 3 days.
- We decide based on the evidence: a full refund, release to the seller, or a partial refund. Refunds go back to the buyer’s balance.
- Opening false disputes, or refusing a valid refund, can lead to limits on your account.
8.Prohibited items and conduct
Don’t list anything on our Prohibited items list — including compromised or shared accounts, card data, stolen or fraudulently obtained gift cards and keys, counterfeit goods and pirated content.
- Keep the deal on rebitx: asking to pay or be paid outside the platform removes your escrow protection and isn’t allowed.
- No shill bidding, fake reviews, harassment, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service.
- Respect other people’s intellectual property. Report listings that infringe yours and we’ll act on them.
9.Fees
- Buying, making offers and bidding: free.
- Selling: 5% of the item price when it sells (category rates may differ).
- Withdrawals: 4.5% of the amount withdrawn.
- We may change fees with notice; changes don’t affect orders already placed.
10.Suspension and closing your account
We may remove listings, limit features, hold funds while we investigate, or suspend accounts that break these Terms, put other users at risk, or where the law requires it. We’ll tell you why where we’re allowed to.
You can stop using rebitx at any time. Before closing an account, complete or cancel open orders and withdraw your available balance; funds in escrow or on hold are settled under these Terms first.
11.Taxes and the law
You’re responsible for any taxes on your sales and purchases and for following the laws that apply to you and the items you trade.
12.Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep rebitx available and secure, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the truth of listings, or that sellers and buyers will complete a transaction — that’s what escrow and disputes are for.
To the extent the law allows, rebitx isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or exchange-rate changes, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use rebitx after a change takes effect means you accept it.
